What is Ascend Group Training?
Ascend Group Training (AGT) is similar to what other fitness facilities may call “bootcamp,” only far superior. With AGT, you’ll get an individualized assessment and warm-up routine to help you maximize performance and reduce the likelihood of injury. Our program is a fast and fun-based routine that everyone follows, we’ll be able to customize the program to help you work around any pains or injuries you may have.
AGT classes are group classes with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, TRX’s and other unique equipment. This type of training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. There is absolutely no way to describe this workout without inviting you to try it.
