Muay Thai has been widely accepted as not only one of the most exciting spectator combat sports, but also as one of the most effective real-world fighting systems. Through hundreds of years of field testing, on both the Southeast Asian battlefields and inside the prize rings of the world, Muay Thai has been streamlined into a collection of some of the most effective and devastating striking and grappling techniques. These techniques are based more on balance, rhythm, timing, and distance, than they are on size and strength. Muay Thai practitioners, or Thai Boxers, learn how to strike with their hands, elbows, knees, shins, and feet. The grappling portion of the art happens when the two fighters are close enough to clinch and wrestle for position. From this clinch, Thai Boxers learn how to throw and sweep their opponents, as well as how to apply their most devastating striking weapons; their elbows and knees.

What makes the art of Muay Thai so effective is not just the system that's taught, but the method in which it is taught. Thai Boxers build confidence in their ability by consistently refining the basics of the art. There are no unnecessary movements and no need for flash or spectacle; the Thai Boxers know that championships can be won by using the basics, and so they work to sharpen their weapons while developing a deeper understanding of the principles of balance, rhythm, timing, and distance. 

The fitness gained from our program will be developed through practice and application of essential technique. Students will 'learn by doing' under the supervision of a coach who is aware of both the right and wrong ways to train. The goal is to instill not only a thorough understanding of the fighting system of Muay Thai, but also a love for the art of Muay Thai. It's truly an art that can be correctly practiced and applied by all body types and age groups.  If you're good to it, it will be good to you. Our classes take the same movements that pro kickboxers use to get trim & toned - and made them available to ANYONE looking to etch away fat...

Are you ready to transform your body?


We begin classes with a burst of breathtaking exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpees, ab work, and more to get you lose & ready to go!


Now that your body is warm and flexible … we stretch out those muscles to make you feel fantastic, thwart injury, and help you execute the kickboxing techniques like a champion.

Bag Work

Then we strap on our gloves and punch & kick those calories right off of your body. (Don't fret about getting your own gloves - we give you brand new ones for FREE!)

Partner Drills

You'll partner up with a fellow member and have fun with exhilarating drills that get you both shedding calories and having a great time.


At the end of class we finish off with more exciting exercises that burn calories, tone muscle, and make you feel wonderful. Completing this full-body workout.


After your heart has been beating like crazy throughout the class, now it is time to cool down. This cool down period help you relax so you can return home feeling simply amazing.


"Are there different skill level in all classes?”

Certainly! There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always willing to assist you.

“Is your class a 'cardio kickboxing' or a fitness only based class?”

Our classes are not cardio class, they are technique based with certified instructors. Our well-balanced workout consisting of cardio training and resistance training to help you burn fat and tone muscle in a short amount of time.

“What size are your classes?”

Class size will vary between 10-20 people. The larger the class, the more instructors to help out.

“How about nutrition coaching?”

We cover nutrition tips in class.  In addition, you can schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions.

“Will your kickboxing class help get in better shape?”

The pairing of cardiovascular training, resistance training, and proper diet will help you to shed body fat very quickly.
