Josh Troy

Josh is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt that has been training with Luke Rinehart at the Clinch Academy for over 16 years. Most of his training has been focused on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu/Submission Grappling. 

Under Master Rinehart's tutelage, Josh has a very deep knowledge of all the facets of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Josh is a very well versed grappler who has a lot to share. He is not only a great practitioner but an incredible instructor as well. 

His interest in teaching sparked in 2006 and he became one of first instructors at the Clinch Academy.

Competing hasn't really been a big priority for Josh, however, he has competed in several submission only events.

  • 2010 Submission Only Advanced Men's 30+ Open Division 1st Place
  • 2011 Submission Only Advanced Men's 30+ Open Division 2nd Place

 

Uriel Casas

Uriel has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and class instructor. He has an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business and a bachelor's of science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.

Uriel has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past 12 years. He is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer.

Uriel is a Montgomery County native, graduating from Quince Orchard High school. He loves training in martial arts, volunteering with youth groups, doing his own HIIT workouts, and occasionally preaching at his church on Sundays. Uriel's passion is to help encourage others.

Gary Gioni

Gary  is a 25 year old brown belt under world renown Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professor, Pedro Sauer, who is recognized for being a coral belt (8th degree black belt) under professor, Rickson Gracie.


Gary has been a part of the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association (PSBJJA) since he first started training. Gary has been promoted by professor Pedro Sauer for 4 of the 5 belts he's reached so far (White, blue, purple and brown) and is on track to test for his black belt under Pedro Sauer within the coming years.


Gary has already started creating a name for himself and representing his professor well, by seeking out, competing and winning many local and regional tournaments at the highest level (Expert/Advance divisions). Gary has competed over 50 times at many different tournaments including various IBJJF tournaments, Grapplers Quest, NAGA, NewBreed, US Grappling, ADCC America, The Good Fight, and CopaNova to name a few.


Although Gary is a big advocate for competition he also has many years of teaching experience, and has worked with people from all walks of life including kids, teens, and adults- both male and female. Gary has also worked with a wide spectrum of special demographic groups, such as geriatric clients and children with disabilities, to law enforcement and military personnel.

Lubomyr Murashchik

Lubomyr is an educated and motivating fitness instructor, as well as a Martial Arts coach/fighter.

He holds a reputation within the Fitness and Martial Arts communities as a serious and engaging trainer who yields real and fast results.  

Lubomyr has coached and cornered both amateur and professional fighters, and has himself competed in Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA for the past 12 years.

His accomplishments include a National Silver Medal, a World Bronze Medal, and a regional light-heavyweight title. Along with training martial artists, Lubomyr has also trained government agents, military personnel, and law enforcement. He also teaches women's self defense seminars around Montgomery County.
