Mixed-Defense Training
While Ascend is not an MMA school, we offer self-defense cross-training which incorporates Combatives, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Street self-defense. Our approach combines a broad range of technique drills and free sparring to ensure you have the skills to protect yourself or your loved ones. Through dedicated practice, you will build the confidence and mental focus necessary to handle challenging situations with grace and composure.
Strength Training
The Ascend facility includes a dedicated weight and strength training room with a broad range of specialized equipment for professional strength training. Many of our youth and adult members take advantage of our strength training program to complement their Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed-Defense training.
